Being a big fan of Butter Chicken i tried googling the recipe and ended up at this youtube video.I found it really easy to follow and very informative.The chef who calls himself 'Vahchef' is Sanjay Thumma.His youtube channel contains more than hundreds of videos to his credit and also has more than 50 Million hits to his credit on youtube.He deals with both Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian dishes and his webpage is over at vahrehvah.com where users can find links to all the recipes of his and also one can upload their recipe's and share it with others.If you ask me his website is a wikipedia of cooking.Really informative and helpful website,Maybe most of you are aware of this website already,but to those who aren't then i am glad i helped.
